Site Visit & Delivery Walkthrough

We will always carry out a detailed site visit to ensure safe and trouble free delivery of your hot tub or swim spa. During this visit, the type of delivery will be settled upon: standard, or crane.

We provide printed Installation Information listings: Base requirements, electrical requirements and customer responsibilites. But they can also be found here: Installation Information.

Once your Hot Tub or Spa is in position, our technician will hook the spa up to electrics, fill and commission.
​

Our technician will then go through an Installation Check List with you to ensure you know how to operate your spa.
​

Water chemistry training will also be given upon install so you can keep your Hot Tub or Swim Spa water in tip top condition.​
